Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and Fixed Pricing

Every project begins with an agreed scope, transparent deliverables, and a single fixed price. If the scope doesn't change, your price doesn't change. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.

2. Payment Milestones

• Websites & Focused AI Agents: 50% deposit to reserve project slot, 50% due upon approval before final handoff.
• Web Applications: 40% to start, 40% upon approved core build, 20% before launch.
• Discovery & Scoping Sessions: $500 scope session for apps or agents with complex or uncertain integrations — 100% credited toward your build if you proceed within 30 days.
• Care Plans & Retainers: Care begins following the included post-launch support window. Introductory Website Care starts with the applicable free period, followed by billing monthly in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice, subject to the introductory offer's 6-month minimum commitment.

Deposits reserve your build slot and are non-refundable once work has begun. Final files, credentials, and handoff are delivered upon receipt of the final payment.

3. Discovery & Scoping Sessions

For web applications or AI agents with complex or uncertain integrations, we run a $500 scoping session first — 100% credited toward your build if you proceed within 30 days. The session fee is otherwise non-refundable.

4. Post-Launch Guarantee & Warranty

All website, web app, and AI agent builds include a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty. We ensure that all agreed deliverables are fully tested, functional, and operational at launch. Any bugs, defects, or scope-aligned corrections reported within 30 days of deployment will be resolved promptly at no additional charge. The warranty covers bugs and defects in the agreed scope; it does not cover new features, content changes, third-party platform changes, or issues caused by modifications made outside our team.

5. Ongoing Care Plans

Care begins following the included post-launch support window. Introductory Website Care starts with the applicable free period, followed by billing monthly in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice, subject to the introductory offer's 6-month minimum commitment.

Website Care is highly recommended for standard websites, with a 6-month minimum commitment and an introductory free period. Custom web apps and AI agents require App & Agent Ops, or explicit written sign-off waiving support guarantees.

6. Third-Party Costs and Services

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, CRM subscriptions, and AI/API usage) are billed at cost and are not included in build pricing. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, or policy updates.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you own 100% of your delivered website, web app, or AI agent — including design, content, and custom code produced for your project. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, know-how, and non-confidential tooling developed during the engagement.

8. Case Study Incentives

Reduced Case Study Incentive rates are offered in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to reference your results as a case study, as described at the time of booking. Incentive rates are limited and return to standard rates once the cohort is filled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
