Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Bradshaw Tech Co.
Bradshaw Tech Co. ("we," "us," "our") designs and builds websites, web applications, and AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: when you book a Project Fit Call, complete our pre-call briefing, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, business details, project goals, and any other information you choose to share.
Project and integration data: during a build, you may provide access to accounts, content, customer data, or third-party tools (such as your CRM, email platform, or analytics accounts) so we can deliver your project. We use this access solely to perform the agreed work.
Usage data: like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, used to understand and improve site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
To respond to inquiries, run discovery and diagnostic calls, and deliver proposals, builds, and ongoing care services.
To configure, operate, and maintain the websites, web applications, and AI agents we build for you — including connecting them to third-party services you authorize.
To send service-related communications such as project updates, invoices, and support notices. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project data to train general-purpose AI models.
3. AI Systems and Your Data
AI agents we deploy on your behalf process data only within the scope you approve — for example, triaging your inbox, syncing your CRM, or drafting responses. Data flows through the third-party platforms and AI providers connected to your systems, each governed by their own privacy policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that data you route through your AI agents (such as customer or contact data) is collected and used in compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
4. Third-Party Services
Our work relies on third-party providers you select or approve — hosting platforms, domain registrars, CRM and email platforms, analytics tools, and AI/API providers. These services are billed at cost and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services, and we encourage you to review their policies before connecting them to your systems.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain project and contact information for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal obligations, and support ongoing care agreements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to record-keeping requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), and we will honor verified requests as required.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
